Rayze is a mobile platform that uses positive social media to simplify the way we give back in the form of volunteering and donations.
Rayze is free for both individual and organizational users. If a verified organization opts to accept donations on Rayze, we do charge a platform fee of 1% for all donations with a minimum fee of 25¢ per donation.
All donations are processed via Stripe, an industry leading payment processor. For more information about Stripe, visit https://stripe.com/.
First, download the mobile app and create your own individual profile. You’ll then be able to create a profile for you’re 501(c)(3) organization, request verification, and get started.
To create your org profile, you will need the organization name, address, phone number, administrator email, EIN, and description. If you choose to request to be verified, our team will reach out with requests for additional information, such as your nonprofit determination letter from the IRS.
Right now, you can have as many users or employees of your organization as you need.
You can invite users to join your organization via email on the web portal and set their permissions accordingly. Please note that you are unable to invite users or manage permissions from the mobile app.
Once you have created your organization, navigate to your org profile and select ‘Request Verification’. Our team will be in touch to confirm your details and request additional information.
Rayze currently only works with Stripe. You can create a Stripe account after setting up your organization on Rayze or you can use your existing account.
Go to your organization profile and select ‘Accept Donations’, then follow the steps to create a Stripe account or enter your existing Stripe credentials.
